Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage wholesale and franchise sales across CIS markets.

  • Identify and onboard new partners, including distributors, multi-brand retailers, and franchise candidates.

  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring alignment with commercial terms and performance targets.

  • Support and monitor existing partners to ensure operational and financial success.

  • Organize seasonal sales presentations, product launches, and partner training sessions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, finance, and merchandising to ensure seamless execution.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale and/or franchise sales, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or premium goods segment.

  • Strong knowledge of CIS retail and wholesale markets; existing partner network is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing franchise operations and supporting partner performance.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical skills, confident in pricing, forecasting, and sales reporting (advanced Excel required).

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks across regions.

  • Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
