Your day-to-day:
- Develop and implement internal communications strategy in alignment with PMI’s global objectives.
- Prepare and adapt written and visual content for internal communication channels.
- Organize and execute internal events (informational, corporate, and entertainment).
- Ensure compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to environment, health, safety, and sustainability.
- Actively promote and support an interdependent and transparent safety culture that encourages a preventive/predictive approach in line with OPEN+.
- Support communications during crisis situations and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and consistent communication.
- Monitor employee feedback and implement improvements accordingly.
Who we're looking for:
- Higher education in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in an international company or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian, Kazakh, and English will be preferable.
- Proficiency in visual and digital tools (PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint & etc.).
- Experience in organizing events and working with external vendors.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate, be a team player, client-oriented, quick learner, and detail-orient.
