Senior Sales Director

For a foreign manufacturing company specializing in paint and varnish materials for the automotive industry. Over 30 years in the global market.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the company’s sales across key channels: 4S stores, paint mixing stores, and repair shops.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy.
• Building and leading a high-performing sales team.
• Representing the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
