We’re looking for a technical sourcer to join our recruitment team at Betby.
The role starts with a strong focus on sourcing, with a clear path to grow into a recruiter position over time.
Top priorities right now: backend engineers, project managers, QA specialists, DevOps, security roles — and other key functions across engineering and product.
You’ll join a team of two experienced tech recruiters and work closely with hiring managers.
What you’ll do
Actively source candidates for complex and niche technical roles
Focus on backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, Security, and other core engineering functions
Use and expand our sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, AmazingHiring, etc.)
Bring in new ideas, platforms, and strategies — we’re open to experiments
Qualify candidates based on role fit, experience, and motivation
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on profiles and priorities
Keep pipelines clean, structured, and up to date
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in technical sourcing and screening 3+ years
Strong track record with roles like backend/frontend engineers, QA, DevOps, Security
Understanding of tech stacks and how to read between the lines in CVs (Python, Scala, JS, Security, PM)
Confidence in outbound sourcing, first contact, and screening
Ability to work independently and stay focused on delivery
English: upper intermediate+ (written and verbal)
