To negotiate with accounts corporate contracted rates in order to achieve the budget, maximum occupancy and highest possible rates.
To monitor the present situation in the local corporate market.
To prepare commercial and special offers.
To prepare corporate agreements for corporate accounts.
To conduct site inspections for the existing and potential customers in order to convince them to choose.
Organization and coordination of events in hotel.
To achieve financial targets.
Requirements:
Dynamic personality, result oriented, communicative, accountable and trustworthy, attentive to details, stress resistant, team player, disciplined, ambitious to build career
Fluent English (more languages would be advantage)
Revenue Management awareness would be advantage
