Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• As a member of international production network, you work on optimization and control of production costs at a plant

• You develop, implement and monitor cost related key performance indicators in production

• You coordinate and lead international projects in production

• You are involved in the investment planning and approval processes

• You ensure know-how transfer between production sites and implement best-practice models

Your qualifications:

• Master degree in (Industrial) Engineering

• Min 6 years experience in manufacturing

• Good English

• Strong understanding of economic aspects of production

• High analytical thinking abilities and organizational skills

• Ability to work in international multidisciplinary teams

• Willingness and commitment

• Professional training-on-the-job with high responsibility and various opportunities for further development, education and trainings
