Accounts Management: Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, and update general ledgers with journal entries.
Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry, support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and ensure timely submission of documents to the accounting department.
Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with Uzbekistan’s tax regulations and financial reporting standards, as set by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Administrative Tasks: Provide clerical support, such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and handling client inquiries. May include answering phones or greeting clients at the front desk.
Software Proficiency: Use accounting software (e.g., 1C, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Excel) and client-bank systems to process transactions and maintain records.
Support for Audits: Assist in preparing documents for internal or external audits and ensure all financial records align with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least half years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Must have good english
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
