Scrum master / Project manager

• Manage and facilitate Scrum processes
• Plan and oversee sprints
• Continuously optimize team performance
• Identify blockers and help resolve them

• 6+ months experience in project management or Scrum processes
• Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Experience using ClickUp or Jira
• Ability to read and understand English (Russian is a plus)

• Work hours: 10:00 – 19:00
