We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Qualifier / Call Center Manager to join our Moscow office. You will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects and scheduling appointments with potential clients — both online and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our global Russian-speaking and international database.
Identify client needs and assess if they fit our target audience criteria.
Schedule consultations and in-person meetings.
Engage with leads via WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms.
Accurately log communication and lead details into our CRM system.
Meet KPIs on daily call volume and scheduled appointments.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or call center environments.
Comfortable with high call volumes (up to 100 calls per day).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Excellent self-organization and time management.
Fluent in Russian, English, and Hindi — must-have.
Experience with high-end or premium clientele is a plus.
