Truckstaff Solutions is a consulting company specializing in setting up turnkey trucking businesses in the U.S. We provide a full range of services, including truck rental (truck renting), driver hiring, and fleet management.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our outsourced team, working from our office. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a 20-truck fleet, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
• Driver Support: Assisting drivers with any operational issues.
• Inspections & Compliance: Ensuring all trucks meet DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Accident & Incident Handling: Coordinating responses to breakdowns and accidents.
• Fuel & Expense Monitoring: Tracking fuel usage and operational expenses.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Russian (both spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations.
• Experience in fleet maintenance, compliance, and driver coordination.
• Ability to work night shifts (2 AM - 10 AM Tashkent time, on-site in the office).
