We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help clients optimize their business processes using the effie platform. In this role, you will analyze how companies operate, identify areas for improvement, and ensure their needs are implemented in a technically sound and effective way.

Requirements:
Business & Technical Skills:
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and handing off requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Solid understanding of task management and delivery control processes.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (BI platforms, Confluence, etc.).
  • Knowledge of business analysis frameworks (BABOK, value stream mapping, stakeholder analysis, etc.).
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
  • Strategic and structured thinking - able to see the big picture without missing the details.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Strong communication skills and emotional resilience.
  • Facilitation skills and experience leading discussions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable communicating across all levels - from end users to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in English - able to work with technical documentation, communicate with clients, and collaborate internally.
Client & Industry Experience:
  • Experience working with enterprise-level B2B clients or high-LTV accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms - configuration, analytics, implementation, or product development.
  • Experience driving changes in client business processes through consulting and implementation.
  • Understanding of FMCG industry specifics will be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze client needs and ensure their implementation in effie is both technically sound and aligned with business goals.
  • Advise clients on how to effectively set up processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Handle requests to launch new processes and oversee their implementation.
  • Contribute to process development and improvement plans.
Client Enablement & Support:
  • Provide training and support on platform functionality and analytical reports.
  • Help clients identify risks early - aim to educate, not just execute requests.
  • Build trust with key users and become their go-to expert.
Data & Problem Solving:
  • Support users in analyzing data: identify problem areas, define issues, and suggest solutions.
Requirements & Documentation:
  • Document requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and collaborate with the development team.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence.
Product Feedback & Collaboration:
  • Identify client needs that could improve the platform and communicate them to the product or solution team.
Nice to Have:
Technical Skills & Tools:
  • Experience configuring or implementing SaaS solutions (on the client side or as an integrator).
  • Experience building analytical reports in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of BPMN/UML and experience modeling business processes.
Product Collaboration:
  • Experience working with product teams (Product Owner / Solution Owner).
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSPO, SQL for Data Analysis.
