Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and consult potential students;
Understand client needs and offer appropriate educational programs;
Ensure adherence to service quality standards;
Collect essential client data (name, inquiry reason, referral source) and enter it into the CRM.
Maintain and update client database using Bitrix24 CRM;
Log all incoming and missed calls with relevant details;
Ensure follow-ups are completed within 24 hours;
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to support planning and performance tracking.
Invite clients for in-person consultations and support them through the enrollment process;
Participate in external events such as education fairs and exhibitions;
Analyze client needs to recommend the most suitable training programs;
Improve client satisfaction through personalized service and targeted offerings.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Higher professional education (required)
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
Languages:
Required:
