- Receiving, reviewing, and conducting legal evaluation of customer claims
- Identifying the type of liability and legally classifying each case
- Collecting evidence and documentation (incident reports, photos/videos, witness statements, etc.)
- Communicating with brokers, insurance companies, adjusters, and government agencies (FMCSA, DMV, etc.)
- Preparing detailed case reports, legal loss analysis, and determining the liable party
- Maintaining accurate records of all documentation and correspondence
- Conducting negotiations for claim resolution
- Performing legal analysis of applicable legislation and insurance policies
- Participating in preparation of materials for legal and pre-legal proceedings
- Drafting legally significant documents (affidavits, subpoenas, legal explanations, etc.)
- Coordinating claims work with other departments and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the development of internal claims handling standards
- Providing onboarding and legal guidance to new claim department employees

Higher legal education (preferably)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of civil, transport, and insurance law
• Experience in handling claims or legal support in logistics is an advantage
• Confident user of Excel, Google Docs, CRM, and document management systems
• Strong legal writing skills and ability to build arguments
• Proficient in professional negotiation and conflict communication
• Attention to detail, systematic thinking, and high responsibility
• Ability to manage large volumes of information and multitask effectively
- Work at an international logistics company
- Night shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM, 6 working days a week
- Official employment, training, and mentorship
