Senior Brand Manager

Overview:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a brands portfolio (currently 3, with planned expansion to 5). You will be responsible for brand performance, market positioning, and delivering sustainable growth through consumer insight, innovation, and collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full P&L responsibility for the assigned brands, driving both top-line and bottom-line performance
• Develop and execute annual brand plans, including ATL, BTL, and digital activities
• Conduct market analysis, track competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities
• Partner with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and trade marketing plans
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on brand alignment and adaptation of international toolkits
• Manage media and BTL agencies to ensure impactful communication and ROI
• Supervise and mentor the Brand Executive and Trade marketing executive, ensuring timely execution of marketing activities and professional development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of brand management experience in beauty, fragrance, or FMCG
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios is a plus
• Fluent English required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
