Procurement Manager

Mammoet Rus heavy-lifting company is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations, optimize supply chain efficiency, and drive cost-saving initiatives. We are waiting that you develop strategic sourcing plans, manage supplier relationships, and ensure seamless end-to-end procurement processes aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support company objectives.
• Source high-quality products/services from reliable suppliers, balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms.
• Manage the purchasing budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track savings.
• Oversee daily activities of the purchasing team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess and mitigate procurement-related risks (supply chain disruptions, quality issues).
• Execute end-to-end procurement cycles, including documentation control and supplier performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Deep knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, 1C).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record in budget management and cost optimization.
• Fluent English.
