We Are Hiring a Private School Director!

Employer: Target International School
Location: Tashkent
Work Schedule: 6 working days per week (Monday–Saturday)
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the school

• Ensure implementation of the academic curriculum in accordance with national and international standards

• Oversee staff performance and support teacher development

• Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and relevant authorities

• Develop and implement school improvement plans

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and educational policies

✅ Requirements:

• Higher education

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English and Uzbek (both spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team

• Strategic thinking and result-oriented approach
