KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support implementing sales performance and effectiveness initiatives

  • Support onsite rebooking campaign (leading sales support team)

  • Support special projects, work with Core team on projects implementation

  • Prepare internal presentations/reviews of special projects

  • Provide accurate and timely business information to senior colleagues through consistent forecasting and reporting of metrics and KPIs.

  • Interactions with external contractors

  • Weekly reporting to the manager

Experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Ready to be involved in different projects across the company

  • Ability to work across multiple brands and geographical jurisdictions.

  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders

  • Be self-motivated, self-sufficient and accountable.

  • Adapt well to change.

  • Demonstrate customer, account, and team focus.

  • Engage, empathize and challenge at senior levels.

  • Personal credibility and gravitas to command respect from the team, wider business and customers.

  • English: upper intermediate
