Business & Finance Consulting, a Swiss consulting company specialized in development finance, is looking for a Local ESMS Expert for a project based role in Uzbekistan.

• Initial Start Date: Q4 2025

• Initial Duration of the project: 15months

• Type of involvement: project-based part-time involvement

• Contract: Service Agreement

Who we are looking for (Your Profile):

• Education: Relevant Education

• Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience as an ESMS Specialist or Consultant to banks in ESMS field

• Banking sector experience is mandatory

• Proven track record in delivering ESMS training programs

• Experience in International Technical Assistance Projects would be an advantage

• Country Experience: Central Asia

• Languages: Fluency in English and Uzbek is a must
