Responsibilities:
1. 3PL shipments management
2. Daily shipment procedure
3. Daily communication with Installment procedure
4. 2255 line management
5. Coordination of return process 6. OBS / Kaspi orders management
Requirements:
- Working in Call Center at least 2 years
- Last Mile operation experience
- Knowledge of psychology and principles of sales
- Knowledge of Kazakh language
- Excellent communication skills
- Stress resistance
