Work schedule: Full-time, 09:00–18:00 (on-site)

Salary: 3,000,000 UZS + KPI-based bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Handle client communications and respond to inquiries

Manage ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction

Prepare and track documentation and reports

Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

Achieve monthly KPIs and performance goals

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)

Previous experience in account management or client service is a plus

Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools
