The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the commercial and operational activities of retail stores within an assigned region.

Duties:

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, motivate teams, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Take full responsibility for achieving commercial targets within the assigned region.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement trade and commercial strategies in alignment with brand standards.

  • Build and manage a skilled, motivated retail team across the region, including newly opened stores.

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Store Managers and retail staff.

  • Set development objectives, evaluate employee performance, and implement improvement plans.

  • Oversee operational expenses, manage the regional budget, and ensure cost efficiency.

  • Maintain high standards in customer service, store presentation, and visual merchandising.

  • Supervise the execution of marketing activities and ensure store readiness for campaigns.

  • Ensure proper staffing levels and optimize labor costs in accordance with company policies.

  • Monitor inventory levels and support corrective actions when discrepancies arise.

  • Coordinate and oversee store openings, closures, and renovation projects.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and internal policies across all locations.

  • Participate in local training programs and corporate events; represent the company externally as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s code of ethics and conduct.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Employer.

Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail management or regional retail operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive commercial performance.

  • Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, sales performance analysis, and operational best practices.

  • Communicative English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

  • High cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital sales and reporting tools.

  • Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license.

  • Willingness and availability for frequent business travel.
