Lead Instrument & Control Engineer

Position: Lead Instrument & Control Engineer

Location: Atyrau, Kazakhstan

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical or related engineering discipline

Experience: 10 + years in leading engineering roles

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

*Lead and manage the I&C engineering activities for assigned projects from concept through detailed design. Supervise a team of I&C engineers and designers; assign tasks and monitor progress.

*Ensure all engineering deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.

*Regularly update clients on project status, technical challenges, and progress of the I&C scope.

*Support the preparation of project proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and schedules.

*Attend client meetings, provide technical input, and support proposal preparation when needed.

*Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets, control narratives, cause & effect matrices, and system architecture diagrams. *Develop and review I&C design deliverables such as instrument index, I/O list, loop diagrams, control system architecture, and control philosophy.

*Specify and select instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, level, etc.) and control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA).
