Estaga is a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) management company focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences and maximizing the potential of every property we manage. As we scale our portfolio, we’re looking for a skilled Photo Editor & Visual Designer to shape the look and feel of our property listings.

Role Overview

This is a photo-centric creative role with strong emphasis on in-house image retouching, visual storytelling, and layout strategy. You will own the visual quality of our listings - from coordinating professional shoots to editing and retouching images, selecting the most impactful compositions, and shaping the narrative of each property through carefully crafted visual presentation.

Our ideal candidate is a photo-first visual designer who’s comfortable retouching images themselves and has a sharp eye for how images influence conversion and guest perception.

Key Responsibilities:

Photo Editing & Retouching (Core Responsibility)

• Retouch and enhance property photos using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.

• Apply a consistent, high-end visual standard across our growing property portfolio.

• Use composition, lighting adjustments, and retouching to showcase each space at its best.
  

Listing Visual Strategy

• Select and order photos to tell a compelling story of each property (layout, mood, standout features).

• Create eye-catching cover images with overlays or subtle graphic elements to highlight amenities or differentiators.

• Design photo sets with a focus on mobile-first visual UX and booking conversion.
  

Photoshoot Coordination

• Develop visual briefs for photographers and oversee shoot planning.

• Coordinate shoot logistics and ensure brand alignment in execution.

• Review and organize raw assets; manage re-edits or re-shoots when necessary.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert photo editing and retouching skills using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom (or equivalent tools).

• A strong portfolio demonstrating before-and-after image retouching and creative visual presentation.

• Ability to independently create polished, listing-ready photo sets.

• Basic knowledge of layout design and UX concepts (for ordering images and designing overlays).

• Excellent attention to detail, composition, lighting, and image quality.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Experience with AI design tools is a bonus.
