Who You Are:

As a Junior FP&A Analyst at our performance media agency, your main goal is to ensure our financial data is clear, accurate, and easy to use. You’ll help organize and maintain reports in Excel and Google Sheets, supporting the team with reliable information that helps guide smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integrity & Governance

• Ensure all revenue and expense transactions are accurately captured in our financial systems.
• Collect and organize billing data to keep our global P&L reporting sharp and reliable.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data entries.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and reports in Excel and Google Sheets to support strategic decision-making.
• Support regular reports that show trends, forecasts and differences.

Insights and Decision Support

• Help uncover valuable insights from financial data to drive smarter decisions and growth opportunities.
• Create presentations and visuals that help explain the data and support decisions.

What you’ll need:

• Economics or Finance Degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance or audit.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Emphasis on working with data and metrics
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written.
