Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

100% remote work

Schedule: 40 hours work week, flexible time

We are seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our team. If you're passionate about eCommerce, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to enhancing software quality, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Participating in testing efforts and ensuring software quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle.

2. Working closely with development teams to diagnose issues, resolve defects, and make sure that product releases follow project specifications.

3. Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing.

4. Writing, verifying, and executing test cases, and reporting test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Any professional work experience

• Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire for quality.

• A reasonable level of English (to read & write user stories & bugs).

• Practical experience with Shopify is a plus.

You will use:

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, etc)
• JIRA / Confluence
• Shopify
• Slack

Conditions:

• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule
• Salary paid twice a month (each payment 50%)
• Vacation is 20 working days (4 weeks)
