We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Manager to lead and execute content marketing initiatives for our Fintech, Cloud, and Generative AI services.

This role combines copywriting skills with content strategy, project management, and a solid understanding of the AI domain. The ideal candidate will create compelling content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and positions us as a thought leader in the AI space.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, project, and sales teams to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, engaging narratives. The role involves managing content across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content marketing strategy tailored to promote company services.

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, video scripts, and more.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.

• Act as a strategic partner to sales and delivery— addressing clients’ pain points, questions or insights through content.

• Repurpose and optimize content across channels (web, social media, email).

• Apply SEO best practices to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic.

• Proofread and improve content from other departments to meet quality and branding standards.

• Track content performance metrics (e.g.,engagement, leads, conversions) and refine strategies based on analytics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content marketing, content management, or technical writing.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of editorial quality.

• Proficient with CMS tools (WordPress or similar platforms).

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of AI technologies (including Generative AI) or the ability to quickly gain deep domain knowledge.

• Experience promoting B2B tech or consulting services.

• Ability to create or manage multimedia content (video, webinars, podcasts) is a strong advantage.
