Nauchsoft is an IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. Now we are planning to expand out team and looking for a Middle-Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant .
- Provide full-cycle customer support during both presales and solution delivery phases
- Build internal portals and business systems using Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint (e.g. Intranet, HR, Document Management, LMS, Knowledge Base)
- Configure SharePoint out-of-the-box functionality — lists/libraries, metadata, permission matrix, structure
- Develop low-code solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Create and present tailored product demos that showcase the solution’s value
- Document business processes and create user guides for different technical skill levels
- Conduct training sessions to ensure users can confidently use the system
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage delivery
- Provide Microsoft 365 consulting and assist in basic Azure AD (Entra ID) configuration
Core Skills and Competencies
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Hands-on expertise with the Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps
- Excellent presentation and demo creation skills (from scratch)
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and project coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create documentation and deliver clear, effective training
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic environments
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-900, MS-600, MS-100)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations
- Familiarity with basic Azure AD / Entra ID user and access management
- Background in business process optimization or consulting
