Participate in all stages of project implementation (planning, defining scope, creating work plans and roadmaps).
Support the Project Manager in project coordination, add and monitor tasks in Kanban.
Test and verify delivered software tasks.
Provide consultation to project stakeholders and collaborate closely with all team members throughout all project phases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in a relevant field or related).
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fintech projects.
Experience in writing technical requirements according to standards.
Ability to prepare technical instructions.
Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
Practical experience with PM tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
English — Upper-Intermediate level.
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Good understanding of sales processes, auctions, and tender-based sales.
Ability to explain tasks and requirements clearly.
Solid understanding of UI/UX basics.
Knowledge of A/B testing and QA is an advantage.
Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and strictly control deadlines.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare presentations and project reports.
Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Willingness to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to changes.
