Deputy Head of Tariff Policy

• Higher education in Economics, Accounting and Audit, or Finance
• 3 to 6 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or tariff regulation
• Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (business correspondence, documentation, analytics)
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts governing pricing and tariff policy
• Understanding of antimonopoly legislation
• Confident user of Excel; experience with 1С/Oracle or other analytical systems is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of data

• Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s tariff policy
• Conduct economic analysis and calculations related to pricing
• Prepare proposals for tariff adjustments based on market conditions and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with government authorities, including antimonopoly agencies
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and internal memos
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and pricing regulations

• Work schedule of 5/2 from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Annual paid leave of 24 calendar days, increasing to 28 days depending on work experience
