Demand Manager Russia&CIS/ Менеджер по планированию запасов
Разработка и ведение прогноза продаж для России и СНГ;
Координация всего процесса прогнозирования;
Анализ спроса, оценка прогнозных тенденций;
Текущий анализ продаж на рынке, управление запасами;.
Поддержка стратегических решений бренда и обеспечение соответствия прогнозов стратегии
Активное участие в ежемесячных совещаниях по вопросам регулирования и оптимизации запуска, принятие решений по запуску и прекращению выпуска новых продуктов, согласование поставок с предстоящими изменениями в нормативных актах
Оптимизация использования инструментов, включая руководство процессом запуска, тестирования и внедрения новых систем
Ежемесячный расчет бонусов дистрибьюторов и контроль расчета начислений продаж в соответствии с коммерческой политикой и шкалой бонусов
Ежемесячная/еженедельная отчетность и предоставление отчетов филиалу/региону

Responsibilities:
S&OP process leading and coordination for Russia & CIS region:
facilitating monthly Demand and S&OP meetings (including S&OP with distributors/local partners);
developing the S&OP package for the total Region (Russia&CIS) in terms of critical issues, decisions required, managing assumptions, key assumptions to be escalated during S&OP;
develop and maintain comments/drivers for any Demand Forecasting Unit (DFU) exceeding established targets
Sales forecast development and maintenance for a long term period (28 months) for Russia & CIS:
coordinate the whole forecasting process;
analyze demands, assess forecast trends;
on-going in-market sales and MOH analysis, stock management;
identification of potential upsides and downsides,
decision making on a production schedule
Support Brand’s strategic decisions and ensure forecasts are aligned to strategy.
Support LOE, discontinuation, and Life Cycle Management strategies.
Evaluate forecast error and bias at a Demand Forecasting Unit (DFU) level.
The primary contact for demand/supply-related issues within the Affiliate. Serve as a liaison between Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain Brand Teams, and Operations.
Monthly Regulatory and Launch Excellence (LEx) meetings active participation, decision making in terms of new products launch and discontinuation cases initiation, alignment shipments with upcoming regulatory updates.
Driving optimization in tools utilization, including leading an effort around new systems launch, testing, and adoption.
Monthly distributor’s bonus calculation and sales accruals calculation control in accordance with commercial policies and bonus scales.
Monthly / weekly reporting and submissions to Affiliate/Region (sales flash, ADS Commentary report, IMTM report, etc.).

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years work experience in corporate environment in similar role in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharma
MS Office advanced user
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SOX controls and revenue recognition
Capable of handling multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills and independent judgment
Ability to negotiate and influence
Effective problem solving and decision making
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
