Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential client companies

  • Search for leads (decision-makers) using LinkedIn and other tools

  • Analyze specific clients (companies or individuals) to identify their potential needs and pain points

  • Communicate with leads through a predefined messaging sequence to bring them to a discovery call

  • Schedule calls with qualified leads

  • Work in a CRM system and maintain reporting on performance

  • Participate in process optimization, data analysis, and identifying methods to improve lead generation effectiveness

Requirements:

  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

  • Strong written communication skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT and EU/US markets)

  • Understanding of cold and warm lead engagement principles

  • Ability to work systematically while maintaining a flexible approach to each lead

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results

  • Confident user of LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Trello (or similar tools)
