Position: Project Coordinator

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Fluency in English language
• Work experience not less than 3 years
• Accountancy experience is welcome
• Ability for long business trips to regions of Kyrgyzstan
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Communication, management & team work skills

Duties:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• ⁠Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• ⁠Resolve conflicts and address team issues promptly.
• ⁠Prepare and manage the project budget.
• ⁠Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control.
• ⁠Optimize the use of resources to maximize efficiency.
• ⁠Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• ⁠Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
• ⁠Implement contingency plans as necessary.
• ⁠Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project status.
• ⁠Prepare and present progress reports and documentation.
• ⁠Manage expectations and address stakeholder concerns.
• ⁠Track project progress against the plan.
• ⁠Adjust schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
• ⁠Document changes and maintain project documentation.
• ⁠Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted: final reports etc
• ⁠Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
• ⁠Archive project documents and release resources.
