Intern - Junior Reporting Officer

Location: Uzbekistan, Tashkent

Job type: Part time (intern)

Reporting line: Reporting Specialist

Position Summary:

Responsible for Consolidation of weekly and monthly reports and collection of supporting documents. Position involves elaborate reading and if necessary, correcting the translation and grammar mistakes, typos, ensuring the coherence and cohesion of the context, sending notifications and reminders to ensure timely completion and submission of the reports to the clients, managing changes requested by the client on reports and ensuring they are executed by all departments, creating and storing all the documentation in designated cloud storage points.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Consolidation of progress reports: Unite weekly and monthly progress reports into one single report form aimed for the description of daily, weekly and monthly activities and performance to the client.
  • Report Submission Coordination: Assist in coordinating on-time submission of weekly and monthly reports, ensuring they meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Managerial Support: Act as a point of contact for managers across departments, providing them with timely reminders and assistance in the development and delivery of required reports.
  • Report Generation and Organization: Generate reports as per the organizational and regulatory requirements, internal procedures and ensure their proper allocation and archiving in relevant digital or physical folders for easy access.
  • Report Quality Control: Review submitted reports for promptness, accuracy, and completeness, cohesion, coherence and if required providing feedback or requesting revisions as necessary before their further submission to clients.
  • Client/Counterpart Report Submission: Ensure the timely submission of reports to managers for further submission to clients, counterparts, and any other interested parties.
  • Collection of supporting documents: Ensure all documents have stamps and signatures of the participants, ensure the context of attached documents matches the report and store the documents (scanning, printing, filing).
  • Responsibilities & Duties are not exhaustive and may assume additional tasks within the competence of the incumbent.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled or a recent graduate of the university with concentration in Economics, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior work experience in administrative work is highly welcomed.

  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to communicate effectively with senior managers within the Organization.
  • Ability to create effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the Organization.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent data collection and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Hardworking, disciplined, enthusiastic, dynamic.
  • Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
