Safety Assistant
Location: Tashkent, near Minor Mosque
Fleet Size: Over 400 Trucks
Shift: US Central time (5 pm - 3 am by Tashkent time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Safety Assistant to support our safety team in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety within our operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in safety practices within the trucking industry and a passion for promoting safe driving behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and hire new drivers, providing all the necessary documents and policies.
- Help organize and facilitate safety training programs for drivers and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of safety policies, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
- Assist safety team with additional tasks that include, but not limited to: NY, NM, KY, CT, OR fillings, Driver’s Qualification Files, Driver’s license and medical cards monitoring, clearinghouse reporting, managing license plates and registrations, precisely check and maintain drivers’ MVR and PSP records, and more.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a safety-related role in the trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance standards, platforms (Samsara, ELD).
- Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
