Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies to position ConnectUB as a leading business platform in the region
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new market opportunities
Manage brand consistency across all offline and online channels
Represent ConnectUB in exhibitions, partnerships, or marketing-related events
Digital Marketing
Oversee and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and web
Drive SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
Manage online advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Maintain performance dashboards and report campaign effectiveness
Traditional & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute offline campaigns, events, and public relations activities
Coordinate with media outlets, advertising agencies, and print houses
Supervise production of marketing materials – brochures, banners, business kits, etc.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Work closely with business development, content, and design teams
Coordinate marketing support for product launches, feature updates, and user onboarding
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of activities
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (experience with startups or platforms is a plus)
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – a mandatory requirement
Solid knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
