About us: @satashkent is a premier SAT prep and college admissions consulting company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We are known for our supportive community, personalized approach, and high student success rates. We have trained over 1,500 students who have achieved a median score of 1450, with a top score of 1580 out of 1600.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Teacher Training: Participate in our 14-25 day teacher training program to learn the @satashkent's curriculum and teaching methods.

• Implement Lesson Plans: Prepare and deliver engaging 2-hour lessons three times per week (for one group) using our established curriculum.

• Conduct Personalized Sessions: Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to identify students' strengths and weaknesses.

• Learn and Use Tools: Efficiently use tools such as Power BI, Google Classroom, and the SATashkent platform to organize classes, track student attendance and progress, and assign tasks.

• Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess student performance through quizzes, tests, and interactive assessments on our platform.

Requirements:

• SAT English score of 720+ (with plans to retake)
• IELTS Speaking score of 7.0+ (or similar level in an interview)
• Availability for long-term (8-12 months) commitment
• Experience preferred (Teacher Training period provided at SATashkent) -> Must successfully complete our Teacher Training program.
• Ability to work smart and hard

Work Environment: Mentors can work offline, online, or in a hybrid format. The specific arrangement will be discussed and confirmed in the contract.

Step-by-Step Job Process:

1. Step 1: Pre-Selection - Submit CV, SAT, and IELTS scores to meet initial requirements.
2. Step 2: Short Interview - Discuss motivation, commitment, and values.
3. Step 3: Self-Prepared Demo Lesson - Prepare and deliver a demo lesson to show your communication skills.
4. Step 4: Teacher Training Period - Complete a 14-25 days long training program.
5. Step 5: Final Demo Lesson
6. Step 6: Assessment Period - Teach your own group/individual classes and achieve satisfactory group results and student satisfaction.

Step 7: Onboarding - Successfully integrate into the team with ongoing support.
