Search and screen suitable social media influencers (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) that align with the brand’s positioning and target audience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring effective communication.
Invite influencers to post content or short videos related to the brand, coordinating content creation to meet brand requirements.
Track performance metrics of influencer content, such as views, likes, and comments, analyze collaboration effectiveness, and provide feedback.
Assist in developing social media marketing strategies, compile collaboration data, and prepare reports using Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and knowledgeable about influencer collaboration models.
Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of communicating with international influencers via email or online.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic data organization and analysis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
Prior experience in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, or relevant internships is preferred.
