Data Analyst

Andersen, an international IT company, invites a Data Analyst for a large-scale project with a U.S. AI-driven language learning startup.

The customer is a fast-growing U.S.-based startup operating in the field of AI-powered language learning. With a global user base across more than 100 countries, the organization focuses on providing affordable, personalized education through realistic avatar-led conversations. It leverages cutting-edge generative AI to deliver real-time feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and fluency. The team is composed of engineers, designers, and educational specialists dedicated to making language fluency accessible to learners worldwide.

The project centers on developing and scaling a mobile-first application that enables users to engage in immersive, scenario-based conversations with AI avatars.

Responsibilities:

• Driving growth by analyzing the full activation funnel from user acquisition (UA) to subscription conversion.
• Building and maintaining product metrics, dashboards, and running A/B tests.
• Generating actionable insights to boost the OMTM Pyramid.
• Helping the product teams design, run, and analyze experiments to optimize key metrics.
• Conducting thorough data research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Making sure the data is clean, and all new launches are well-covered with events.
• Owning the list of events, their parameters, and quality, ensuring comprehensive and accurate tracking.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Data Analyst for 3+ years.
• Hands-on experience in optimizing consumer app metrics.
• Product-related experience required.
• High level of proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel). and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Strong experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, high energy, proactivity, and willingness to work hard.
• Ability to make assumptions and generate actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+.
