Designer with Sales Skills

Things Engraved is a proudly Canadian brand with over 40 years of experience in engraving and customization. We're looking for a motivated individual who can confidently handle client interactions via live chat, phone and email while creating simple, effective designs using tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Your Role:
You'll be the friendly, solution-oriented face of our brand - helping clients choose and customize products, creating on-the-spot design (mockups), and preparing final vector files for production. You'll guide customers through the process from idea to finished product, ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create quick mockups and previews using Figma or Adobe tools
• Prepare clean, production-ready vector files
• Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support via live chat, phone and email
• Have a strong knowledge of our products and customization techniques we offer (training to be provided)
• Understand client needs and offer design solutions that match their vision
• Help close sales by offering creative ideas and expert design advice
• Available to work on-site at our office in Tbilisi during Eastern Standard Time

You Are:

• Confident using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar alternatives

• Fluent in English at a C1–C2 level

• Skilled in sales, with the ability to turn every interaction into a conversion opportunity

• Excellent with people - patient, positive, and persuasive when needed

• A quick learner who can manage multiple chats and emails simultaneously

• Resourceful and creative, able to turn rough ideas into polished, professional visuals

• Detail-oriented and organized in both design work and communication
