JOB SUMMARY
Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for managing the relationships of assigned mid-size accounts and driving new business to the hotel. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in timely fashion for proper service delivery. Ensures compliance with Ritz-Carlton Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity

- Strong sales skills.
- Possesses systems knowledge (MARSHA, Opera) and software knowledge (Microsoft Office, etc).
- Possesses excellent telephone skills.
- Weekly prospecting and soliciting goals.
- Uncovering new customers. Aggressive negotiating skills and creative selling abilities.
- Ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
- Strong customer development and relationship management skills.

- Broad understanding of facility management (sanitation, maintenance, operations).
- Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and guests to ensure proper communication, satisfaction, and expectations are met
- Effectively communicating the hotel’s products, services, and offerings to guests and potential clients
- Conducting site inspections and client tours of the hotel
- Assisting with sales activities, including follow-up, prospecting, and generating leads
- Attend weekly forecasting meeting, resume meeting and staff meeting.
- Sales and Revenue Management:
- Builds the unit’s top line revenue by focusing on the post-contractual sale of products and services. Maximizes revenue by up selling contracted products and identifying additional revenue opportunities based on the event profile.
- Meets and exceeds individual up-sell goals.
- Meets and exceeds Rooms profitability goals.
- Participates in customer site inspections and assists with the sales process when necessary.
- Effectively manages customer budgets to maximize revenue and meet customer needs.
