Review the design and specifications of the ELV system (ACS, CCTV, BMS, DCIM, Burglar Alarm Systems, inspection systems, etc.).
Collect information on key devices, calculate camera coverage areas, and oversee system integration and commissioning.
Discuss and address comments from customers, consultants, and authorities.
Conduct site surveys and inspections, manage site work progress, monitor construction quality, and ensure technical compliance with the ELV system.
Prepare routine reports and technical notes while maintaining complete records and archives in accordance with company standards.
Communicate daily with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and consultants to coordinate construction solutions, oversee site team coordination, track delivery progress, and resolve implementation issues.
Facilitate inter-team communication to ensure each system operates optimally.
Manage workload, update workload forecasts regularly, and adhere to time allocations.
Handle on-site subcontractor change requests and accommodate new customer requirements.
Identify and report quality issues, monitor progress, and mitigate risks in advance.
Professional requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in ELV Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of site engineering experience in data centers or related EPC construction projects (such as large shopping malls, sci-tech parks, residential parks, and office buildings) in Uzbekistan or neighboring countries.
ELV working experience in design consultancy and/or within a contractor’s design environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of relevant local technical regulations, standards, and ELV system requirements.
Ability to manage project deliverables, make decisions independently, take initiative, and operate proactively.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related tools.
Fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek (Chinese proficiency would be an advantage).
Ability to comply with work arrangements.
Willingness to travel for business trips.
Work Conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
