The Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our Marketing Department and drive the development of our brand portfolio. The role is based in Dnipro, Ukraine, and requires full-time relocation, which will be fully supported by the company.

As CMO, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives and strengthening the company’s position in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all product lines

• Lead and manage the marketing team, including brand, trade, digital, and communications functions

• Drive brand development and positioning across key markets

• Identify market opportunities through data, trends, and competitive analysis

• Build and execute integrated campaigns to support commercial goals

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, or FMCG sectors

• Proven track record in brand development and international market expansion

• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills

• Analytical mindset combined with creativity and execution excellence

• Fluent in English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus

• Willingness to relocate to Ukraine
