Dispatcher

• Operate and regulate the production process in accordance with shift schedules, production programs, and calendar plans.
• Monitor the availability of materials, equipment, transport, and handling tools across departments.
• Take prompt action to prevent or eliminate production disruptions, involving relevant services when necessary.
• Maintain dispatcher logs, prepare reports, and manage technical documentation on production progress.
• Supervise the work of dispatch operators and participate in performance analysis of production departments.

• Knowledge of operational production planning and management principles.
• Proficiency in using computing, communication, and information systems.
• Ability to work with production documentation, logs, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to identify internal production reserves.
• Experience in coordinating with various departments and managing resources (materials, equipment, transport).
