Deputy Dean

• Organize and manage the faculty’s activities according to university policies and national regulations

• Supervise faculty, staff, and support their professional development

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic, research, and educational work

• Ensure the quality of education according to national and international standards

• Monitor student attendance, self-study, and academic performance

• Participate in creating class schedules and managing faculty workload

• Support research activities and assist talented students

• Organize conferences, seminars, training sessions, and other events

• Please work with the Career Center to maintain contact with alumni and analyze their career development

• Develop the faculty’s information resources and supervise the use of new technologies

• Ensure compliance with labor discipline, internal regulations, and safety rules

• Act as Dean when the Dean is absent

• Higher education (at least a master’s degree); a PhD or academic degree is an advantage

• Work experience: at least 3 years with a PhD, or at least 5 years without a PhD

• Excellent knowledge of higher education legislation and policy in Uzbekistan

• Experience with educational programs, academic plans, and student assessment systems

• Skills in quality assurance, accreditation, and internal audits

• Understanding of student needs and motivation

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• Conflict and project management skills

• Language skills:

  • Uzbek: excellent

  • Russian: conversational

  • English: excellent

• Ability to work with digital technologies and information systems
