We are looking for a talented BI Analyst to join our core BI team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping a transparent, reliable, and impactful BI infrastructure that empowers decision-making across the business.

You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers to build and maintain core data marts, business metrics, and certified reports, ensuring that everything we deliver is accurate, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data engineers to design and build data marts, as well as a semantic layer of business metrics

• Create reports from scratch by gathering requirements, defining logic, and developing final visualizations using Tableau

• Work with our proprietary analytics platform, Ocean: design data models, migrate dashboards to unified datasets, and guarantee data accuracy and completeness

• Enhance the user experience of reports and dashboards

• Establish best practices for BI product design, standardization, and quality control

• Contribute to the development of self-service BI capabilities for the wider team

• Partner with domain analysts to align on business needs and act as a key business partner throughout the process

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2+ years of experience in BI or business analytics, with hands-on experience in building data marts and dashboards

• Solid proficiency in SQL, and a strong understanding of DWH/data mart architecture

• Expertise in Tableau (preferred), with a keen sense of data visualization and UX principles

• Familiarity with documentation tools (we use Notion), Git, and ideally Airflow

• Excellent communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail and a structured, product-oriented approach to problem-solving
