The Night Manager position is open for a new Waldorf Astoria hotel in Minsk.

Waldorf Astoria - the first international luxury Hotel in Belarus, situated in a prime city center location in Minsk, near the main city attractions and benefiting from an extensive river frontage. Splendid combination of main historical and newfangled recreations area in neighborhood.

A Night Manager oversees the night-hour supervision of the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

What will I be doing?

As Night Manager, you will oversee the night-hour supervision of the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Night Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervising seamless hotel operations overnight and acting as the Hotel Management representative during night hours
• Actively participate in the decision-making process in case of emergency situations in the hotel in the nighttime
• Ensuring all hotel areas are fully resourced and prepared for the start of the working day
• Handling guest complaints, resolving problems and disturbances, managing special requests, and addressing any issues that arise during the shift
• Demonstrate initiative, engage in problem-solving, conduct staff training, and provide effective team leadership
• Ensuring all the team members perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments
• Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion
• Work closely with the Housekeeping and F&B departments to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication
