- Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)
- Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Reports
- FMCSA Clearinghouse Records
- Arranged and managed DOT Drug Testing appointments for all Incoming drivers through MedStop.
- Obtained and renewed state permits for fleet operations in Oregon (OR), New Mexico (NM), Connecticut (CT), and Kentucky (KY).
- Accurately calculated and filed quarterly IFTA fuel and mileage taxes by federal and state requirements.
- Oversaw and maintained I-Pass and Pre-Pass systems for toll and weigh station management.
- Assisted in implementing and monitoring safety protocols in line with FMCSA compliance standards.
- Supported fleet compliance audits, incident reporting, and driver qualification file maintenance.
- Ensured all operational and regulatory safety requirements were met to reduce risk and improve efficiency
