Метро: Институт КультурыWe are seeking an SAP Help Desk specialist, who will be a part of the internal SAP team focusing on the 1st line support for SAP users, addressing common issues and resolving basic technical problems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and escalating to higher support levels when necessary. L1 support also involves system monitoring, logging incidents, and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
We expect knowledge of SAP functions and the base of business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Receiving, logging, and prioritizing support requests, ensuring they are properly tracked and managed within a ticketing system (in-house developed Service desk tool)
• SAP Masterd data creation & update (chart of accounts, Vendors, Customers, Materials, Cost Centers, etc.)
• Responsible for escalating complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 or 3 support teams (tickets assignment)
• Direct assistance to end-users for master data management
• Contribute to the development of support documentation and training material
• Basic user training
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues
Candidate requirements:
• Minor experience with SAP
• Willing to study
• Awareness about SAP modules: FI or MM or CO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills
• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Ability to produce clean and structured documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced,
dynamic and changing multicultural environment.
• Fluent speaking English (with native speakers) and Russian; Technical
documentation writing - English (at least B2)
