Обязанности:

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition

Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and hiring needs. Drive scalable recruitment processes that support organizational growth and talent acquisition goals.

2. Community & Business Impact
Plan and execute activities in collaboration with other teams in the company. Act as an ambassador for the Uzbekistan community. Ensure high-quality service and support during events, helping create positive interactions for both internal and external stakeholders.

3. Market Insights & Hiring Strategies
Leverage market research and talent mapping to understand hiring trends and IT talent pools. Use these insights to adjust strategies and address hiring challenges.

4. End-to-End Recruitment Process Management
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from role calibration and candidate sourcing to competency-based interviewing and offer negotiation. Ensure seamless execution and compliance with best hiring practices.

5. Candidate Pipeline Development & Engagement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Utilize creative sourcing techniques and talent networks to attract top talent.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring expectations. Provide data-driven insights and consultation to improve decision-making.

7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Regularly review recruitment processes and candidate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement innovative recruitment solutions and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Требования:

Must-Have:

4+ years of experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies, having exposure to international contexts, preferably in IT

Strong market research and talent analysis skills, with the ability to anticipate hiring trends and challenges

Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including competency-based interviewing

Expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition technologies

Ability to engage and consult with diverse stakeholders, providing data-driven recruitment insights

Expertise with generating recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting for continuous process optimization

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills to manage complex hiring needs effectively

Strong English & Russian written and verbal skills

The ability to perform tasks and make decisions independently

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns

Involvement in initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience
