Conduct instrumental inspection to ensure compliance with technical requirements, specifications, and regulatory/technical documentation (GOST, TU, project, etc.)
Identify manufacturing defects, non-conformities, and rejected items (if any)
Verify the availability and accuracy of technical and legal accompanying documentation as listed in the paragraph below “2. Technical information on the Railway spare part provision”
Prepare inspection reports and related documentation based on the results of the control proces

Requirements:
Higher technical education in the field of "Railway Construction, Track and Track Facilities with Qualification: Railway Track Engineer
Solid knowledge of regulatory and technical standards (GOST, TU, etc.) applicable to TUC
Practical experience working within the mainline railway network in the area of track infrastructure at a position not lower than Track Master, including experience in production and technical departments, with minimum experience in railway path inspection 3 years and overall railway operation experience minimum 5 years
Skilled in preparing technical documentation, reports, and inspection records.
